Check your international sales configuration. There may be a restriction for this going to specific countries.

There was a question a few weeks ago about a Thai pain reliever which was being blocked.
It had codeine in it. It had codeine in the name.
When I googled Nurofen, I noticed that the package pictured on one site warned that it could be addictive.
Which might be a clue about this block.
https://versus.com/en/advil-vs-nurofen-plus
And once again we see that the pills (at least the NurofenPlus) contains codeine.
Read the label, kids.

It has codeine in it - OTC in the UK but not here.

I can't help but wonder why some sellers choose to list (or try to list) items that lend themselves to prohibitions. So many other clear cut choices!

Considering the seller is out of UK, if listing on dot com, they might not consider that something wouldn't be legal here, if it is legal there.
Also, dot com has 'bots on partol and they don't know from winter what the different dosages are that determine prescription vs over-the-counter - nor do they care. It's safer for the platform to just pull all.

Nurofen is the same as Advil.....well it used to be when i iived in the UK.
Expensive to buy as the UK dont sell pain relievers in large quantities in tubs like they do here its mostly blister packs up to 30 tabs.
Paracodol if memory serves is the one with codeine in it

Ooooooh, checked the link, so they now make Nurofen plus.
Great stuff, have to check that out next time i am in the UK. Nurofen Plus definitely wouldnt be allowed on ebay.com
I used to get name brand drugs in the UK, i get generic equivalent meds in the US, not sure if thats the norm or i have sub par health insurance....lol

Maybe that's a good thing!!! If a buyer had a headache and bought this product and still had a headache after trying it they could rightly file an SNAD and probably would.

That's the stuff I have - it's been out a while - I get it for occasional night hip pain when I'm on very long hiking trips over there.
