on uploading multi variation product with adding new variations to the product causing issue

how to solve the error of ( error code: 21916664 ) as we are unable to add multi-variation listing to the product other than what we have selected in the ebay multi variation.

Eg: 

select color : red, blue 

select size : 19, 20

But when we want to upload ( color: green ) it is showing ( error code: 21916664 ) . 

Any Suggestions would be helpful.
