Buyer sent an offer.  In the body of the ebay notice it says 2 offers remaining.  What does that mean?  Where there some other offers that I didn't see?

Do you have auto-decline minimum set? There is a setting to auto-decline any offers below a certain amount.

You can go to the listing in your active listings page of seller hub, click "Review Offers" on the drop down menu, and look for declined offers from this buyer. That would confirm for you
