Hi.
O have a customer that have give me a negative feedback by mistake, now he want to cancel the feedback, what can i do for for cancel it?

You will need to send the buyer a Feedback Revision request. Once s/he receives it, s/he only has X number of days to act on it. I don't have the link handy, nor do I remember the exact number of days.
I'm sure someone will come along with more details.

Another option that has worked for me is to call customer service... I called once to get instructions for a buyer who contacted me to say she had left negative by mistake. When the customer service rep saw in the "messages" section that the buyer wanted to change the feedback, he quickly removed the negative. He said "I can see where the buyer wants this gone, so I'm just going to remove it." Good luck and best wishes.
