Do you have your Payoneer account in place? Wait until ebay gives you notification that it's OK to start selling.

You have to get email from eBay saying you're all set after you attached a Payoneer account. That takes 2-4 weeks foe eBay to verify and approve you.

While you are awaiting your "Start Selling" email from e-Bay, perhaps use this time to learn more about selling?
On the boards to the right of these posts, is more info about e-Bay's Selling Academy, formally known as Selling School.
Perhaps check it out? Likely to be some great selling tips in there and it will assist in knowing where to go on the site for information.
Good luck as a new Seller! All the best!!

Hi @nivafern_32
First off, welcome to ebay.
A few things you need to know before starting to sell.
You must link your bank account to Payoneer. You must register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business. Ebay will send you an email saying that you are approved. It can take 2-3 weeks to be approved from Ebay. You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it. There are requirements and protocols for all sellers. You should also consider this:
https://sellerschool.ebay.com/
This is a valuable course that can teach you how to sell on ebay. Too many people sign on and ignore the rules and policies that ebay posts. Most are suspended before they've sold anything. Seller school is free, self paced and can help you as you build your on line business.
Good luck to you should you choose to enroll.

Ebay approves you to sell, not Payoneer. Payoneer is your payment processor.

Shouldn't they go to Seller School first? There you learn how to write effective titles, list, describe, how eBay operates, etc. Then after you are selling eBay Academy teaches you how to grow your business.

This is from the Academy site:

…And much more. Through fun scenarios and challenges, you’ll uncover best practices that’ll help you formulate your selling strategy and scale up your business

Hoping "return purchases" means repeat business and not Returns in the normal sense. Verbiage on the site could be improved.
