Why are payouts still going to PayPal after eBay begins to manage my payments?
If a buyer has committed to a listing (i.e. listing has an accepted offer, active bid, or the buyer has committed to buy the item) before eBay manages payments on your account, PayPal will process the transaction and you will receive payment for that item in your PayPal account.
This is to ensure buyers have a consistent payments experience from start to finish. Moving forward, eBay will pay out earnings from your other existing listings or newly-created listings directly to your bank account, not your PayPal account.

If you were just switched to MP, it'll take a little time for them to start taking all fees from your payouts or bank account. It'll catch up.

Thank you, I dont know what it is thats left. the rep shared with me, they take all fees out except for paid shipping labels. that is included in your deposit in your bank. I then have to go back and pay my credit card eBay charges me for those labels , from the payout they just made my bank, with the shipping in that balance. it is a pain in the bootee . why dont they just take it all out instead of charging my other account for the labels. and of course. they do all the above and am still being charged for other listing fees on top of this to my PayPal acoount. I've called them . they did explain the prepaid shipping labels amount collected issue. we see them in our direct payouts. rep said eBay charges us for labels separately from your item sale. Thanks again for your expertise. teddy
