I have auto pay turned OFF. I charge postage, but offer combined shipping. The weird new make an offer settings are AWFUL. Some go through as normal, after accepting into waiting to pay (show up on the dashboard), some go into "pending" there is no dashboard click through for "pending" and the only way you can see these is by clicking back through the original offer message, which you have accepted - BUT the item is still available for sale, still in your shop, and the buyer has to pay before the transaction is a sale. So mass confusion, extra steps for a buyer to secure a sale, and no combined shipping possible. This is 18th century thinking. I have contacted ebay 3 times already and have had 3 different answers - but I was specifically told not to say this is a glitch, and their work around is to message the buyer to PAY NOW - so it's my fault then. I want my regular multiple item buyers, to be able to make multiple offers, and to be able to wait to pay until they have all offers secured and then benefit from combined shipping. This was working - who is the new system for?
