My buyers are not seeing that they have won auctions. Generally people pay pretty quickly. But many of my sales are sitting there unpaid despite having sent my own invoices twice. This keeps happening and they are telling me they didn't see that they had been the high bidder anywhere! The new format is very difficult to navigate and yes, I guess I will get used to it but I fear it will drive some people away. It's not nice

Open unpaid item case after a few days if they haven't paid. They will soon see the pay now message ebay sends. Claiming they are not seeing they won an item is just a poor excuse to try to get out of paying. Buyers can check their purchase history anytime it will clearly show anything unpaid. They can also see bid history at the click of their mouse just click bids / offers. The little notification bell should also tell them they won your auction.

What "new format" are buyers seeing? I thought the dreaded "new format" was seller-side.

Hi! I don't know because I have looked at it as a seller. But 2 of the buyers made reference to it. So I assumed changes were made on that side as well. I'll have to investigate. But I only sold maybe 9 items since the changes and 4 are sitting unpaid for 3 or 4 days? Which isn't the end of the world but in general people pay pretty quickly.
