Don't know why they wanted to change and get rid of the old lister it worked just fine, Like the old saying if it’s not broke don’t fix it. I have been trying to use this new new advanced listing tool and it is taking me twice as long to list, it keeps auto saving and when I'm done and do a preview I have to go back and edit because its said seller didn't upload any pictures then go back and redo then preview again and the description has went back to and older previous description then it’s back to the edit again. Ebay PLEASE bring back the old one that everyone is use to and make’s it easy for us and the new ebayer’s

It would be nice if eBay could hear you - and me. I really liked the old way.

Strange thing is -- here on my Buying/Posting ID I still have the old listing screen. As soon as I go to my Selling ID to list - bam!! I've got that new awful one.

The new form is much better than the old one that did not work for product features, this one automatically fills in fields and most of the fields work, it does not take twice as long, the saving does not cost you that much time and can save you from having to go back twice or starting all over when servers stall which is quite often here at good old eBay.

I agree with cell.buyer, it works better for me. I started using it last year because I knew sooner or later I would have to switch, so I got a head start. Everything is on 1 screen, and don't have to switch back and forth. The auto saving does not take that long for me, I barely notice it. I got use to it really quick, I'm sure you will too.

1) the new listing tool will not upload pictures. I just get a spinning circle. (using firefox)

I have to upload to auctiva and import them from the web

2) the new listing tool will not let me list using a UPC or I get a 'category invalid' error

3) a 'sell similar' puts checks into the second section of international shipping asking those other countries to inquire about shipping costs. have to uncheck them all.

4) it is so spread out that it is hard to distinguish each section so I am constantly scrolling up or down when I go past what I want

I spent the better part of a day trying to list ONE ITEM due to #2. Finally figured out I had to leave out the UPC

I hate it.
