I recently purchased a watch that had an authenticity warranty. The authenicator found a minor defect, but I want to renegotiate the price. How would the seller adjust the price at this point?

Sending you a partial refund under other adjustment

If it didn't pass, it'll probably be sent back to the seller and you'll be refunded.
The seller can relist at a cheaper price and mention the defects and you can buy it again.

Agreement won't help you, if the watch was sold via the eBay Authentication and did not get approved they will return it to you, the buyer will be fully refunded.

Once you have the watch back you can work out an agreeable price, relist it and resell
