negative feedback

Had a customer send neg review. He is trying to modify it but says i need to request a feedback revision. how do i do this?

You can submit a feedback revision request from the negative feedback in question on the feedback page.  If you have revisions available you should have an option for it there.  I personally have never had to do this yet, but I know its done from the feedback page.  You can see the status of your available feedback requests in this section:
