So I shipped the wrong / incorrect item to a buyer. He started a return so he could download my label. In the meantime I shipped him the correct item - he's happy I am happy. Now ebay is demanding I refund him - or they will. Grrrrrrr. I just need to close the stupid return as they buyer now has his item. Help me please?

The ideal thing would be for the buyer to just close the return.
It takes the buyer like three seconds to do that.

If the buyer is happy, ask him to close the return.
