I am a seller from Taiwan, and currently, the tracking data I upload on eBay is not being detected by the system. As a result, sellers may assume that we haven't actually shipped the items. This issue has been ongoing for two months now, and eBay has not provided any notification or taken any corresponding measures. The customer service representatives also seem to be unclear about the situation. In the past few months, eBay has laid off its Taiwan staff. The policy updates by eBay over the past decade have truly made me feel like they are shooting themselves in the foot, as it does not help sellers with sales growth. The system is very complex, and I feel that I am being categorized under the Greater China region, which is extremely frustrating. Can anyone help me out?

After you had created the label copy the tracking number to your clipboard. Then you can open the sold item ticket  and there will be a link "add tracking". Paste the number there. It will then ask for the service used insert that as well. That should take care of it.

     What service are you using to ship your items? You note that it has not worked for 2 months was it working before then? How are you trying to check on the tracking? Are you checking through the shippers site directly or trying to check through the tracking number in the eBay order?

@ayumitubes

Try reaching out on social media via Facebook:

These are actual US Ebay employees who may better serve you in your country.  Many positive posts on this forum with their ability to be helpful.

Just curious...are you using Speedpak Shipping services which is the mandated shipping method for many parts of Asia?

If you are using another method perhaps that may be why eBay isn't recognizing it. It may also be flawed...not unusual.  I know you said you are not in Greater China so there may be some issues.  Not really sure.  Again,  I would reach out to the link I provided and let them know your problem.  Sorry for your situation.

Wishing you a positive outcome and Good luck.

Chunghwa Post is an ebay-certified logistics provider, and it was working properly before. But now, even linking to DHL cannot show the tracking history normally. Buyers have to go to the delivery company's official website to track the item. My former AM told me that I couldn't use SpeedPAK in Taiwan. The Customer Service of Greater China Region can't handle this issue at all, and I've asked other sellers have the same problem. It's very strange that, on the one hand, eBay requires us to provide good services to buyers, but the function has been broken for two months without repair. Thank you very much for your help. I am very happy to find other channels.
