I am paying to have a store. mine is called; Daniel Stearns Gallery. A visitor to eBay that wants to see my store or gallery, should type in the search area: Daniel Stearns Gallery. They are not sent to my gallery or store they are sent to baseball cards!!!!! How do I correct this MAJOR problem. This is really hurting my sales!!!!!!!!!!!

They are doing something wrong.
Have them go to this URL:
www.ebay.com/str/danielsternsgallery

Daniel,
have your customers use the URL : ebay.com/str/danielstearnsgallery
Also, you are the first result on Bing.
Just tell everyone to Bing search "Daniel Stearns Gallery" You are the first 2 results
Google search is a little worse and you are not the first result
I don't think anyone can find their store by typing the store name in eBay search unless you search for users

You would think they could just enter it in the search area, but they can't.
They have to use the advanced search, then hope it shows up.

Nice items!
I'm surprised ebay allows a newbie that many expensive items.

I have a suggestion that might help a general search of your items. Include in your title the name of the painting-for example-"The Holy Family" or "Our Lady of Mt. Carmel with Cherubs". Many people are interested in a particular religious figure and would search for the names rather than a type of painting style.
