Not sure how you are trying to contact customer service but try using one of the social media sites.

I don't see ANY listings on this account, BUT

Buyer paid for item. That money goes into your Managed Payments

If you elect for a transfer into your bank account, that money gets transferred FROM Managed Payments

If you didn't send out the item as of yet, you really have no right to that money.

If the buyer wanted to cancel the order, that money would come from somewhere, so it sounds like you elected for it to come from a credit card, since the funds were not in your Managed Payments

@uabheradas

Why would you personally receive any money for a cancelled order that didn't ship?  The customer get's their money back, not the seller. If anything you'll get your fees refunded, but that's it.

Happy Selling

OP's post is confusing but it sounds like the funds the buyer paid with never processed through the system and into the buyers checking account or were in some type of processing status. When eBay did the refund since those funds were not available they processed the refund against the sellers CC but  I cannot be sure of that.

You don't seem to have sold much on this account in the past year.

And you are in Lithuania.

Many of your sales seem to be to Germany, so you might ask the same question on the German site.

If you are only an occasional seller, eBay will Hold your customer payments for up to 30 days.

The refund came from those Held funds, and it was not necessary to also refund from your company's credit card.

The customer was refunded twice.

First by eBay from the Held funds, automatically when the transaction was cancelled as "Buyer Request" ,and again voluntarily by your company when you also refunded them.

The money is gone.

It is a business loss and a tax deduction.

Tell the bookkeeper to read about how eBay processes buyer payments and seller payouts.

Note that information about Managed Payments may not be correct for European sellers.
