If this is a new listing without a bid, you can go to
My ebay > Selling > Active > More actions > Revise
Then scroll down the listing and change the UPS to USPS.
If the listing has already sold, ask the buyer if it is OK to switch from UPS to USPS. When you go to print the shipping label, you will be taken to Paypal, where you can switch the carrier from UPS to USPS.
