If the post office is closed due to covid-19,what happens to the seller when they are unable to send purchased items?

Are your post offices closed in Sri Lanka? Was your seller from Sri Lanka? You have no listings, so I assume you don't mean that this is happening to you...

Actually the OP has had an Ebay account at least for buying since Jan of 2017 which may be some sort of record. Maybe they heard that from a seller?

Aha! Quite possibly, @umesheranda, you need to open an Item Not Received claim, if it's one day past the order's EDD.

EBAY gives you "defect" on your selling account for not shipping item on time.
