Uploaded an item two days again and it is not listed as yet.  Any item

You just joined eBay 2 days ago and you have to be pre-approved to sell.  I'm sure you haven't been approved this fast.

eBay  requires your country to have a Payoneer account (not a checking account) to receive payouts. Then it take 2-4 weeks after Payoneer says you're successfully linked before you're approved. When you are you'll receive an email from eBay saying you're all set.

Don't try to list without approval.

OP appears to be registered in Jamaica.  Do they also do Payoneer?
