listing item problem

Hello, I have been trying to list new items to sell since last week but  no avail up till today. Whenever i click on the List an item button, it takes be to the log in page. when i click log in, it takes me to a page that requests for more selling request. This page has two buttons:  contact us and cancel. when i click cancel, it takes me from ebay.com to ebay.co.uk. if i click contact us, nothing happens. this has been going on in circle. Could kindly see what the problem is? Thank you Kind regards, Adetoksze

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? When I get redirects like that I've also found it useful to reset the modem

 

1) shut down the computer

2) unplug the modem from the outlet AND also the coaxial cable from the modem

(I used to still have problems when only unplugging the modem from the outlet; a Comcast tech told me to disconnect the coaxial cable and though I was skeptical, that step solved my problem)

3) wait 10 seconds then plug them back in

4) wait 30 seconds then turn the computer on

 

This is a U.S. discussion board so I don't know if you have another avenue for help since you're in Gambia.

 

Good luck, I know it's very frustrating.
