Why does eBay make their listing form so difficult to do it's really not that tricky I cannot find a way to list free shipping the option for free shipping doesn't show up anywhere no matter what I do I called them and they told me to do that doesn't work every day I have to call eBay with some stupid question that should be simple their listing tool sucks eBay sucks the really nice when you called but there's always a problem there's so much redundant information there's so much redundant clicking and choosing and picking I can't stand it I can't believe that it's just complicated they need to get someone from Apple to make their form because they suck their interface sucks

I had trouble with that the other day. I had been entering free shipping successfully on the new form and then something changed.

I think what you have to do is put in the amount of "0" for the option you want to have free shipping. That worked for fixed rate shipping. To get it for calculated shipping, I first changed it to fixed rate shipping, entered 0 as the cost for media mail, and then switched back to calculated.

Just the other day the listing form presented to me changed and there was a simple and logical way to list free shipping.  Last week I still had to enter shipping as $0.00.

"Why does eBay make their listing form so difficult to do"

I suspect that eBay hires designers, or tech people, whatever they are,  that have never listed a single item for sale on eBay, ever. Chances are, they do not even know what eBay is, what it does, how it is used. These designers also probably failed out of school, or took 10 years to get a 4 year degree. eBay like hiring people like that as they will work cheap, as no one else will hire them. Not fast food, retail, or bagging groceries. No one but eBay wants them.

The end result is the horrible new listing process, the feedback debacle, & all the other wonderful problems we sellers put up with daily.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.
