I am trying to put ballons on ebay for sell and ebay lets me know that i must put a warning choking hazard in the description well i put the whole warning sign in the description just as they have it in the error message and it will not recognize it.

There is a special field (Item disclosures) specifically used for the Product Safety Disclosures.

Sometimes it's easier to just create a new listing that complies and re-list it rather than  to try and correct the original listing and ask ebay to re-list it. 

I had a listing recently taken down for a policy violation.

I offered to correct the listing and asked ebay if they would re-list it.

Ebay denied my request.

I just made a new listing that complied and deleted the old listing.

What worked for me was to copy the warning text that pops up when you try to list and past it into the description field.
