link sales to bank account

First of all I want to know if ebay has a direct email for general question I can't seem for find that on help page plus it will be nice if they can have a customer service chat line.

second:can my paid sales be linked to my bank account instead of going to paypal account?

eBay only has telephone support.

Not currently but in the future this will likely be possible when eBay finishes setting up the new payment system (probably not for another year or two).

Ebay USA primarily relies on phone contact for Customer Service. There is no chat feature but you can contact eBay via Twitter or Facebook too.
