Just another annoying ebay glitch i guess. I have tried from desktop, mobile and laptop.
Needs sorting out ebay as we pay enough in fees for a properly working system. ok if the feedback has been left but reflects badly on sellers if not.
When you leave feedback on eBay, it does not add the feedback in real time.
It creates a background job that is submitted to a queue, and a separate process checks the queue and processes the jobs in order. This means there will be a delay before you see it reflected in the results.
This is a common practice in large web applications, and it is done to reduce the impact that low-priority tasks (like leaving feedback) will have on higher priority tasks (like processing bids).
This is also why things like printing activity reports involves submitting a job and then waiting a short while until the report has been prepared.
