I receive a message "feedback can't be saved. Close the page and try again"  I've been trying for 4 days and still get the same message.  Why?  Need Help

Ditto... have the same issue.   Every time I attempt to leave feedback for the buyer it says "we've run into a problem please try again later."   The only common thread with the buyers that I can't leave feedback for is that they all had several items that they purchased in one order.   Need help as well.

I've had this one feedback I need to leave ever since Saturday a.m. when I tried to leave it.  I was able to leave it then.  But Sunday it is still indicating that I need to leave FB.  So I tried and it said "you have already left feedback for this transaction".   Today I see it STILL there, so I try again.  It allowed me to leave the FB (again). Now I'll see if it sticks this time.

I've spoke with eBay Seller Support on this a couple of times.....which includes earlier this morning.  So far there is no known (e.g. with  Seller Support) solution to this eBay software problem.  Mine started about two weeks ago; and as of this morning I have TEN customer orders hung up.  To make sure that my Buyers don't think that I may not leave feedback until they did (like in the old days....), I immediately send them an eBay message where I definitely intend to leave them positive feedback just as soon as EBAY FIXES THEIR SOFTWARE PROBLEM!  

 

BTW:  This error condition (but not the send message) occurs if your Buyer purchases two or more different items on the same order; OR if the buyer purchases two or more of the SAME ITEM on the same order.  Are we having fun yet.  No?  Well shucks then start trying to work your way through Item Specifics that is going to explode (for large quanity Sellers) on July 12th....or shortly after that IF the Seller is currently busting THEIIRS in order to MANUALLY update all of their items that weren't a problem until eBay recently created this Item Specifics fiasco.  Ah, now you are excited....
