I have buyer that purchased a local pick-up item from me on nov 26 and paid for it but has not picked it up. several attempts have been made to contact with no results. Any suggestions on what to do.

I would refund - enough time has passed for the buyer to either pick up and/or contact you one way or another. Wait for others to advise as to how to refund so that you won't get a defect on your account. I would also list it on CL or another local selling app.
