if an item doesnt sell and you dont want to relist it right now- is there a place to  safe the information so you can relist later without having to do all the work all over again?

You can save it as a draft, but they get automatically deleted by eBay after a while.  Three months, maybe?  

The safest option is to save it all on your computer.

It will remain available to relist in your Unsold section for 90 days.
