I shipped to an apartment and DC saying delivered to front desk of the building. The customer says the front desk will not accept packages and he didn't get the book.
Is this my responsibility?
I asked him to clarify what the desk does with mail. Return to P.O.? Throw it in the dumpster?

No, not sarcastic. Sorry, it was a poor choice of word there, and I should have clarified that. I meant that it boggles the mind the buyer has not used deductive reasoning here. They know the front desk doesn't take packages, it goes to the Mail Room, so...ergo...
That's what's scary to me. No connecting the dots that they already know.
