I can't figure out how to share my inventory list with interested buyers looking at a large collection. It's a PDF file, but I don't seem t be able to share it. Photos only.

Unless the items are being sold on eBay, you could not. If they listed and in your eBay store, then you should be able to include a link to your store in any messages. Including a list of your non-eBay items, would be seen as taking the sale off this site, which is against eBay rules.

They do have everything listed on eBay, in one big humungous lot...😀

It sure is! 🙂

I do not have a store...all the items on my inventory list are on ebay in a collection I am selling as one unit.
Thanks

Some of us thought the OP's inventory list might be a list of things he has available but doesn't have listed on eBay.
That would, of course, be a no-no, would it not? Because it sounds like attempting an off-eBay transaction.

It would appear that the OP is listing for sale an "inventory list" of the items included in a separate listing. You would pay a buck plus shipping and state sales tax for a list. He has one big gigantic lot for sale.

I would suggest people look at the wording in the listing that is being talked about. I see it as a train wreck waiting to happen. When something is sold on eBay, it is set in stone what is being sold, not a fluid list as being described in the description. This is not how eBay works. I think the op may need to step back and rethink this. Wish them well.

Can you convert the PDF File into a Text file?
If you can do computer programming there should be a way to insert the PDF into your listings.
I copied from a Excel Spread Sheet a inventory listing of 1000 items and pasted it into the description box of a listing. All of the data was accepted no problem. I am not sure how much data can be entered into the description box but I am sure I had more space to use.
Here is a sample from the Listing of what I posted into the description box. It works just fine with 1000 items inventoried and kept the columns aligned and even.

So you didn't notice that the OP has resolved his issue by offering for sale in another listing a list of the items included in the lot? He is selling this list for a buck plus shipping and states that it may not be entirely current.

The OP has now resolved his problem by offering separately for a buck plus shipping a list of the items included in the listing. He also states that the list may not be accurate.

Ok, I see that.
Do you think that would be ok with eBay to advertise a list of items you have for sale to be mailed to you? Would that be like setting up for a off eBay Sale?

How many of those lists have you sold so far?
