is anybody facing problem in "voiding" of shipping label?

since the new label system had issue, after that eBay fixed the shipping label page but still if in case of voiding any label it won't allow me to void the label and says " unfortunately we are not able to void the label this time, please try later "  and sometimes it do void after keep clicking more then 50 to 70 times like you are playing game in 90s.

so much frustration, i am really disappointed that eBay still not be able to fix the label page 😞 

is some other person same issue?

brian@ebay OP unable to void a label.

@uniwarehousewares did you try with a different browser or app?  just in case it's a client side issue.

i tried on other browser its same issue and this problem start after ebay faced problem with shipping label pages, before that time i never had such issues, now its sometimes void and sometimes its not void , its not an issue at my side. ebay has to fix it otherwise by keep facing everyday issue with shipping label i might will switch to USPS click and ship business pro.

Hi @uniwarehousewares, are you getting an error message when you try to void? When was the label purchased that you are trying to void?

Hi Brian,
The label was purchased today and i try to void it because customer asked me to ship it on different address, i call ebay concierge and they voided the label for me, i also reported to them about this issue to fix it. i have seen the eBay site is working so slow ,server response is not good, i really do not know if some maintenance is going on or its just a bug?

Thank you for your response,  look another error while revising the listing i got ,please see screenshot and advise its seems server is busy or not responding.
