I am currently having problems with sending invoices to my buyers. It just started recently.
I charge a flat rate of $0.99 for up to four (4) auctions.
I send an invoice to all buyers.
When I get to the invoice page, on the line that says to select shipping, there is an oval shaped box for the price of shipping and a calculator just to the right of the box.
The system automatically charges $0.99 per auction. When I go to change the amount, it will not let me without a lot of hassle. I eventually get it change but it takes some doing.
What am I doing wrong?
