I have a buyer that after he has paid wants me to add the model and serial number to his invoice. I can't even find a way to access an invoice after it was paid?? Can this even be done?

You can take a screen shot of the invoice or packing slip, paste it into Windows Paint or some other image editing program and type it on there before printing or just write it on after printing the invoice.

You can add it to message to buyer on invoice.
