Hello,

I got an e-mail yesterday, which says you will take 19.39 gbp from my bank account

invoice period between  1 february and 28 of february.

Can I know what is that for please?

Thank you.

Sounds like eBay fees if you listed stuff and sold in that mentioned period. Go to myeBay and account and it should show you the invoice and from there you can open it and see what the charges are for. Note also I check my fees every day and pay it with PayPal before the fees reach to high. Keep an eye on it.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you are trying to reach out to eBay customer service, you won’t find it here. This discussion board is for buyers and sellers, like you. To reach eBay, there is a contact link on every page that will direct you to the right phone number to call customer service. I see you are in the UK. Here in the US-based eBay, there isnt an email address or chat function for customer service.

Since you are a UK seller/buyer, you might want to check the UK discussion boards to make sure procedures for ebay.co.uk are the same as they are for ebay.com (mainly North America).
