It's possible that you do not understand the limits eBay places on new sellers (or buyers, for that matter).

Looks like you have sold ONE item.  We can't see your actual limits, but probably 10 listings.

That's to protect new sellers from making costly errors.

BTW, have to ask, do you realize that your current low price, free shipping business plan is a basically losing proposition? Have you checked into the Seller School?
