Okay. Is there something we could help you with? We are not eBay, but there is a lot of knowledge here.

Don't you wonder why the rest of don't quit ebay also?
Don't you wonder how the rest of us contact ebay?

Please don't say you are calling because you are not selling enough and expect Ebay to do something about it.

Personally, I prefer to contact eBay via live chat or social media because you can have an actual written transcript of the conversation to refer to. That is not available when you have a conversation with customer service on the telephone.

Well what is the problem you are having.
The users that post to the boards can usually give good advice:
Customer service has been known to give way wrong advice.

They really dont care as someone else will just take your spot. Its the world we live in today. Kinda like the Better Business Bureau. No buyer ever checks it until after they have a problem. By then its to late

Well, that explains the huge drop in eBay's stock price today. 📉

Don’t sell on any other platform then. At least eBay has a way to contact them and they are wwwwaaaaayyyyyy more comprehensible than Walmart, amazon, Etsy, or anywhere else.

You can always reach out on social media and have an e-Bay CS interact with you, if there is a specific need.

e-Bay chat is typically responsive for us as well. Good luck on whatever new site you land. All the best!

There are a few ways to contact customer service.
**Request a phone call or use live chat: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10 In the left sidebar you can choose to chat or to have them call you. Hours are from 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific time.
If you choose to have them call, make sure your phone's spam block is turned off and you are not blocking unknown numbers. If you do not have a US or Canadian phone number you will need to use the live chat.
**Social media: twitter.com/askebay facebook.com/eBayforbusiness Leave a message including your eBay ID and a brief description of the problem and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. Use the private messaging feature only, do not post on the main wall as any post with personal information will be deleted.
How many more options for CS contact are needed?
P.S. - I much prefer the live chat. I hate phone calls.

I don't understand why everyone jumps on the poster for a comment like this. Fact, eBay rates every seller by their quality of customer service. Fact, consumers often respond to negative customer service by voting with their feet and leaving.
Truth, eBay's CS is extremely lacking. For those who have choices of selling here or somewhere else, or not at all, bad CS could get them to change their relationship with eBay.
eBay expects us all to be highly customer focused. They do not return the favor. Nor, does eBay's CS lead by example.
OP frustration is not unique on these boards.
