i signed up for Auctiva. big mistake. but now i cancelled it. within a few hours of signing up i got an email with a link showing how i could change my password. the email said i requested the change. i didnt. made me nervous.
after i signed up i tried to print an Ebay standard envelope from Auctiva. you cant. most of my shipments use this method.
when i signed up they wanted to access my Ebay account so i gave permission. big mistake. they put their scrolling gallery on all my listings. yuk.
so even though i didnt use it for anything before i quit i am stuck with 2 issues.
1. how to get rid of the scrolling gallery on all my listings.
2. how to revoke 3rd party application access for Auctiva.
i contacted Auctiva 3 times and they havent gotten back to me. i contacted ebay cs 3 times and they claim i have to contact Auctiva. cs cant fix the problem.
i know on Ebay if you go to site preferences at the bottom of the page there is a link that shows 3rd party app access but when i click that it says
"We ran into a problem. Please try again."
so im out of luck.
if anyone knows how to revoke 3rd party access and/or how to remove scrolling gallery . i would be appreciative.
