historicaly,...…………….. policy thruout ebay has come and gone
some are worrisome...……….others do not apply,no one size fits all sellers
the ones that have practically done me in are the ones I remember the most
make sure your picture is big enough...……....got to get the right size now
whats the problem with my pix...…….well...…….. uh ………………….. gee.they all need to be uniform
having to take new pictures was a royal pain...……..everyone redoig there pix to accommodate what???
great big time suck it was, my 32 inch monitor shows many rinky dink pictures now
if that was not bad enough it was just done again.thats right folks time to take new pix
up in arms they were...…...the entire board.
that policy was thankfully walked back...…………..the watermark policy
my biggest pet peave of all time goes to show just how lazy I can be.do not let this happen to you, learn how to take the 10 seconds to update your BBL
there have been many names for my favorite console...……..that would be the dispute console
years ago it was more automated to favor the seller and their needs.
close the dispute after 3 days and guess what used to happen
that's right folks..little box woud jump up ,it read...………………………."add this buyer to you blocked bidder list"
I know.... I know,......….no big deal to do it elsewhere.....but just where is there
I stopped using the site map when they made it unusable
lots of peope on here complaing about scrolling, they should see the old site map,you could see the entire thing at a glance.
my BBL woud be twice as long if the button was still there in the dispute console
if you want people to cut down on using it...………...hide it and then spout some inane reason for doing so
stay tuned for more old policy

IMO the worst policy was the era of mutual withdrawal. It took retaliatory feedback to a whole new level. Even boardies would tell sellers to neg their buyers back to encourage them to change their feedback.

It's here: https://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin
Some other useful links:
Buyer Requirements Exemption List: https://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin
Buyer Requirements Activity Log: https://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerRequirementsActivityLog
Just be sure to use your browser's Bookmark feature to store your links. That is the easiest way to find them again later on, and is much easier to work with (single-click functionality there) than trying to use the site map (for any site, really).
