I sold multiple quarter rolls and sent a "D" roll instead of an "S" roll. The buyer didn't go thru Ebay to request a refund and I volunteered to refund the sale of the one roll. I cannot find how to refund an old sale...
Can someone tell me how to refund money from an old sale (Jan 8, 2024)?

You can refund for up to 90 days. Go to your orders page here, find the order, and select the 'send refund' option from the actions drop down on the left.

Jan 8 is less than 2 months ago so the buyer can still file a return request if they want to. It will not be backed by the Money Back Guarantee, but you can choose to accept the return as the seller.

Why would you refund if the buyer did not open a case? There is a good possibility that they are trying to get something for free.

Because I'm a nice guy and this is a repeat buyer. AND, I did send the wrong roll!!
