how to refund a partial payment to buyer

I want to refund a partial payment to a buyer..not sure how.  thank you

Go to Orders.

Paid & shipped orders

Scroll down until you find the item you want to send a refund for.

Click on the arrow to the right of "Leave feedback".

Scroll down in that menu, "Send Refund" is near the bottom. You have to scroll down to find it.

Click on Refund in the drop down menu next to the items.  Remember fees are not not returned on partial refunds.
