Happy Holidays.  Here's some advice for you since you are a new seller.

Be honest and trust worthy with your customers.  Give them the best customer service you can provide.  

Read all the rules and policies that Ebay provides and enforces. And follow them.

Ship timely and pay attention to your customers.  Always answer any question in a professional manner and be re assuring should a problem arise.  Communication is important. 

Accept returns and pay for them.  It does happen.  Ebay has a money back guarantee offered to all buyers.  No returns doesn't mean they won't get a refund if the customers is unhappy. 

Make sure your photos are clear, concise and only photograph  the object you are selling.
