how to cancel store within May grace period

Does anyone know how to cancel a store? 

from the seller update:

All sellers will be subject to the new pricing on May 1, 2018, regardless of whether you all ready have a Store subscription. We are offering a grace period of May 1 to May 31, 2018, during which you can cancel or downgrade your subscription without penalty. If you choose to keep your current subscription you will be subject to the new pricing.

i go there but i dont see a way to cancel...just to change from yearly monthly or to change level

I'm seeing a "cancel subscription" link right next to my renewal date. 

Judging by the number of threads started on this subject just yesterday and today, ebay might feel this change more than they planned on.

I downgraded already today and if this constant changing keeps going on this year, bye for good eBay
