I'd make better use of Categories in your Store, often when I'm looking for hardware of that type I don't know the actual names of the parts.

I notice some of your listings are ship from US and some are not (I understand why), these days buying anything that is shipped from China is a big negative for most buyers just because of the possibility of VERY slow shipping. Unfortunately there have been many sellers from China that advertise shipping from the US but they are not.

There are lots of Sellers who would "love" to have 5 orders every day. 

Perhaps it is the longer lead time for shipping for the Buyer since you are in China?

2 or 3 sales per day is normal, sometimes will be 5. Obviously  far from company goals.  Have 1000 listings, about 743 listings located in China, 257 listings located in US.  Impression less than 20000 per day. Cry.

American internet shoppers have come to expect returns as a normal part of the selling landscape. I would hesitate to buy parts from China without it.

What order do you want to increase?

You must run an auction. That way you can increase your traffic. First find the inactive product and remove it. After the running auction.

I will suggest to my boss, not sure will work or not. We barely run an auction but a fixed price. 

For the inactive items, we have stock in USA warehouse and think maybe one day it will have a order.  Even we remove it, we'll relist it. We just can't throw away the stock. I'm now trying to changing tittle, check if better categories or fill out the item specification. Don't know whether if these will help. 

Also see some sellers decorate their description by adding categories, more pictures, link similar products like Amazon A+ page. Does this bring traffic and orders?

Whatever order it bring sales then I want to increase, US orders better. US orders will make account better performance.
