how many days should it take to save a draft?

I started to create a listing the other day but needed some more details so I chose 'save as draft'  Then the little box popped up saying 'saving draft' and the circle started spinning.   That was back in late February.  I don't want to turn off my computer until it's saved completely but it seems to be taking longer than expected.

I'm worried that if I turn it off, I'll lose all the information that I entered.  Should I give it another 3-4 months?  It this normally how long it takes to save a draft?

I contacted support and they said that is a perfectly acceptable amount of time and to try giving it another 8-12 months before closing the browser or turning off the computer.

Contacting support was a good idea. They are very knowledgeable, so I would go with their advice.
