So , I am having a case of lost package (a return), but it turns out that the buyer sent it to a different address, but still using the tracking from the label I sent him.
How is this possible? is this a new was to SCAM?
he has scammed me but I don't understand how. The post office has confirmed, it was sent to a different address, here in my same neighborhood, but they can't disclose because of their policies 🙄
At least ebay just said they will give me my money back (because buyer already got refund because it was marked delivered - but I never got it)

No, you weren't scammed by the buyer. The Mail carrier just misdelivered the return package. I wasn't aware a buyer could still receive a refund even though the package was misdelivered.

If it was addressed to the OP, the USPS would have given them all of the info. Since they can't give out the info, it wasn't addressed to them.
So it's not a simple misdelivery.

On top of that, you don't even know what if anything was sent back. That is how that scam (if it is one) works.
