Depends on what you are selling and the price, if it is priced at or over the threshold for whatever category the item falls into, it is automatically applied, and as a seller you just package as you would print out the shipping label they provide and ship it to the authentication location and then they check it out pass it and ship it to the buyer.. or fail it and return it to you..
So just describe it well and should be good to go.
