how do I sell and get paid on ebay?? cant contact a person, I am not computer savy
You do not need to be terribly comuter savvy, but you do need to read carefully and follow instructions.
This is the seller center:
https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/index.html
Along the top of the page is a menu. Click each menu item to open a "tab" for that subject.
You will want the "Getting Started" tab, which will give a list of articles explaining how to sell.
When you have read and understood as much as you can, come back and ask more specific questions.

Is there a friend or family member that could come by and walk you through it?
If you could have somebody show you- perhaps you could pick it up.
It isn't easy but if you read the info as posted and have someone to help initially perhaps you will do ok.
You have to be careful though, there's ways you can get into trouble and or some people looking to scam free stuff so please be careful.
You seemed to be able to post here so you must have some computer skills..

Learn by doing. Start out small selling insignificant items. You need to aquire inventory, take pictures, be able to compose a listing and be prepared to ship. I took a free seminar at a public library 20 years ago and it was a good decision.

Nobody has pinged the OP and since he says he's not computer savvy, I'm going to do that, just in case..
@melvimarshal-8 I'm pinging so that you can find your way back, sometimes it's tough to navigate here.
There have been several good, helpful replies.. Check out the link toysaver posted for eBay Seller School.

Also I recommend you read and make sure to thoroughly understand the 3 following links if you have not already, at a minimum, before continuing on ebay:
ebay Money Back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
Selling policies
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/selling-policies?id=4214
Managed payments
https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/service-and-payments/managed-payments-on-ebay.html
Additionally, if you have spare time, hanging around these forums and just reading topics randomly (along with the "Buying" forums), you can learn A LOT of information from the experienced buyers and sellers here who volunteer their time to help out those in need.
Wish you the best of luck!

Thank-you,
That was my thoughtful 'second' answer. The gut reply I canned was about having the audacity to think contacting a person at eBay Customer Service would hand guide them in the process and make them rich overnight.
