Revise listing. There should be an area in the revision page where you can state the quantity.

The message means exactly what it says!
You need to request a limit increase.
Most new sellers have a starting limit of 10 items / $500
Right now you have 1 listing worth $300, if you increase the quantity (even to 2) you will exceed your limit (limit are an "and/or" situation 2 x $300 = $600).
Click the "talk to us" button and then continue, you will probably get a phone number and maybe a PIN. Then call and explain why you need an increase and maybe they will bump it up enough that you can list $600 or maybe more).
Take note that it's "items" not listings, a multi-quantity listing counts as whatever number of ITEMS are offered not as a single item.

Hi @smarteffect and welcome!
It looks like you are a new seller, and most new sellers have limits on how many and how much money's worth you can list in a months time. Usually it is around $500 or 10 items, whichever comes first. This probationary period can last for several months until you show eBay you are a solid seller. Information about the limits can be found at this link below, but note, even if you open a store, you will not be allowed to list more than your limits until eBay raises them after you prove yourself. There is no work-around.

I strongly encourage you to read up on the policies that govern the site, so you are not taken by surprise. Here are some more links that may prove helpful. Be especially mindful of the terms of the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Come back anytime if you have questions. Always somewhere here to help. Good luck in your selling!

Since you're a new seller, selling what you are, your payments will be held for 21 days.

Oops! @smarteffect
I took a look at your listing, and it is against eBay policy to deliver an item via email without having met some criteria. You can sell some digital goods on eBay but there are restrictions to doing so. Below is the link to the policy. I strongly encourage you to change the listing so it is not in violation of any rules. I'm not savvy enough to discern what you are selling, but certain financial schemes are forbidden here as well, so I would advise you to read up on that too. Good luck to you moving forward!
