Because the criteria for Top Seller have absolutely nothing to do with your sales volume for 1 month. They have to with the past 12 months, and over the past 12 months I see you have received 68 feeback as a seller.

TRS requires 100 sales and $1000 in one year, plus the required seller standards have to be met.
