how can I see if someone is a repeat customer

I want to create a coupon for Repeat customers. Is there a way to see my repeat customers?

Yes, it's called a database.  Every day when I log on to epay I open my customer database I created in 2011 on Excel.  All sales are logged by customer address just in case they change their I.D.  I also track each customers e-mail when available and phone number.  You can type special notes about each customer when they e-mail for custom bundles or give specifics on their hobbies.

Doing this is called Marketing 101.  I do not sell or loan out any of my databases.

People have been wanting this function in ebay for a long time, some sort of repeat customer notifier. So far it's falling on deaf ears.

Big, doesn't a little message come across like " a seller who you've bought from before" or " a buyer who has bought from........" If OP could whip out his coupon that way?
