how can I contact ebay via email?

Hi, the eBay.com USA does not have email for Customer Service. However, you can reach them thru their Facebook page or Twitter, a as an alternative to phoning them.

You are located in INDIA, and your last feedback received was more than a year ago.

Therefore, ebay considers you a new seller, and with that comes restrictions on the number of listings you have have, and holds on payments until tracking shows delivered.

If that doesn't answer your concerns, and you don't wish to ask on Facebook or Twitter, you can ask here, and other sellers will gladly try to help.

Probably the simplest way is to send yourself an e-mail with the information you wish them to see or consider.  Then, print it out, fold it up, put it in an envelope, fly over and hop in the car and go for a drive.  After you arrive in San Jose, park at the HQ, and walk it up to the front desk and hand it to the person.

If you want a certain person, well that is a different matter, however, your e-mail will have gotten to ebay.

(Gee, I sure wish I had gotten that sarcasm font for Christmas!)

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

Respect, like money, is only of 'worth' when it is earned - with all due respect, it can not be ordained, legislated or coerced. Anonymous

Ebay does have an email address in which you can write them.  I have it noted somewhere around here, I just don't remember where right now.  But you really don't want to email Ebay.  It is just an exercise in a complete waste of time.  I can tell you how it goes, how is always goes.

I email with complete details of my issue at hand.  In about 48 hours I get a response from them.  It is a canned response that typically has absolutely nothing I've shared with them at all.  They just start quoting some policy.

So I will email them again and ask them to read what I wrote in my original email as there response has nothing to do with what I asked.  About another 48 hours later I get a response and this time they apologize for the misunderstanding, then they quote some other policy that still has nothing to do with my original problem.

You could end up wasting an entire week or more and still never get a straight answer out of anyone.  I do understand that calling Ebay isn't always an option for international sellers.  Below is some information about how to contact Ebay on Social Media.  This will likely help you to get the answers or help you need.

It's important to be aware of where you post a question on Ebay’s Facebook page.  A comment on one of Ebay’s marketing posts won't be answered, but comments posted directly on Ebay’s page will.
