"Good until canceled" has been the only option for fixed price listings for several years. Auction-format listings can still have durations of 10 days.

Hi @doskcs
In late 2018 into early 2019 eBay changed the way Buy it now items are listed. They created Good til Cancelled for Buy it now. That means when you List something it will automatically Relist on the same day each month until it sells or you End the listing.
The 30, 15 and short Buy it now listings cycles were eliminated back then.
Auctions can be set for 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days. Your basic Store will give you 250 Auction insertions per month.

GTC Good Till Cancelled listings have been around since the early 2000's as an option for Fixed Price listings. In the early days Fixed Price Listings were only available for Stores and were NOT searchable. In 2006 there was the great "Stores To Core" debacle which led to Store listings being searchable and just one of the regular listing options.
30 day listings (without GTC) went away in March 2019. They briefly renewed every 30 days but there was pushback because it meant that every 13(?) months they could renew twice in the same month. Within a couple of months eBay changed GTC renewals to the same date each month so sometimes you get 30 days, sometimes 31 days and occasionally 28 or 29 days.

Ah, the "Store vs Core" era! Core listings included auctions and regular fixed price listings, and then there were "Store" listings which were second-class citizens, fixed price only.
Store listings would show up in our search results only if there were fewer than 10 results for Core listings, and they'd be at the bottom of the list below the Core listings. For a while there was a separate check box if you wanted Store listings to be included in your search results. How things have turned around!
